Dashboard Overview

Last Updated: 2/12/25 at 4:20 PM

This is your main hub. The dashboard shows your weekly recruitment activity at a glance—including candidate metrics, interview stages, and your credit balance. Use it to stay on top of your progress and make quick decisions.

📊 What Each Tile Means

Your dashboard tiles break down where each candidate is in the recruitment process. Use this view to track progress, follow up, and manage your pipeline more effectively.

These are your best candidates. They watched the intro video and passed all the basic checks. They’re ready to interview.

Shows how many of your monthly uploads (credits) you’ve used so far. If you’re close to the limit, you can ask for more.

A score out of 10 showing how well your recruiting is going. It’s based on how many candidates are good, active, or ready.

This shows how many uploaded lists Maya has fully finished working through. All applicants in that set have been validated, processed, and moved forward or filtered out.

How many resumes you’ve uploaded this week.

People who replied to Maya or filled out your form—these are worth following up on.

Auto-blocked users for safety (e.g., spam, inappropriate behavior). Maya will do nothing with these applicants.

These candidates were interested but didn’t book their interview. Maya stops chasing them after 24 hours— this is the opportunity for you to check in on them.

These didn’t pass the basic checks (missing info, wrong answers, etc.).

People who said “Not interested” or failed a background or vehicle check.

Bad emails or phone numbers—these didn’t go through. These applicants will not count toward your upload total.

These resumes are still being checked (email first, then phone). Usually takes under 24 hours.

How many candidates actually replied or took action. Weekly and monthly % shown here.

Duplicates that Maya lets through for free (within 90 days). These don’t use your credits.

How many upload credits you have left this month.

⭐ All Dashboards

If you have more than one Maya set up (for different locations or teams), this section lets you switch between them. Use it to check progress across each Maya, view their individual dashboards, and manage everything in one place.

You’ll only see the dashboards you have access to. If one is missing, reach out to your admin.
