Use this space to monitor activity, check in on applicants, and connect with the Maya AI support team—all in one place.

📋 Maya’s Logs

This channel shows all activity logs related to Maya’s actions—like stage changes, validations, or updates. It’s a read-only feed for tracking what Maya has done behind the scenes.

💬 Maya’s Conversations

View real-time conversations between Maya and applicants. Use this channel to monitor how Maya is handling communication, see candidate responses, and check interaction quality. You cannot interact with Applicants in this channel, it’s a read-only.

Need help? The Support Channel is your direct line to the Maya AI support team. Whether you have a quick question or need hands-on guidance, this channel is built to give you fast, reliable assistance.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Live Chat – Message your support team in real time for quick answers and troubleshooting.

  • Video Calls – Start a face-to-face call directly within the platform when you need more in-depth support or walkthroughs.

  • Phone Calls – Prefer to talk it out? You can launch a voice call instantly from the channel.
