This is where you can manage your personal settings and keep your account up to date. Use Preferences to adjust your notifications, update your info, change your password, or review your device logins—all in one place.

⭐ Getting Started

To open your Preferences, click on your user profile image in the top-left corner of your screen. From there, select Preferences to access your settings.

Preferences Tab

In this section, you can update your basic account settings to match your needs and workflow:

  • Notifications
Choose how you want to receive updates—by email or directly inside Maya AI.

  • Email
View and manage the email connected to your account.

  • Language
Set your preferred language for the Maya platform.

  • Timezone
Choose your local timezone so scheduling and timestamps are accurate.

  • Calendar Default Privacy
Set your calendar privacy to either Public or Private by default.

Account Security Tab

This section helps you keep your account safe.

  • Change Password
Update your password at any time. We recommend using something strong and unique.

  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Add an extra layer of protection. After turning this on, you’ll use a special code from an app (like Google Authenticator or Authy) when logging in.

  • Log Out from All Devices
Use this if you think your account might be accessed somewhere else. It instantly logs you out from all devices.

Device Tab

This tab shows every device that has accessed your account. Use this tab to monitor where your account is signed in and to manage access with one click.

  • Device Info
You’ll see the browser, device type (Mac, Windows, etc.), IP address, and the last time it was active.

  • Green Dot
Shows which device you’re currently using right now.

  • Revoke Button
Click Revoke to log out of any device you don’t recognize or no longer use. This helps keep your account secure.
