🎬 Video Acknowledgements
This section confirms that the applicant has watched the introductory video. It ensures they’ve reviewed the opportunity and understand the expectations before moving forward.
👤 Contact Information
Basic applicant details including name, phone number, and email. This ensures Maya can validate, follow up, and track responses properly.
📍 Address
Applicants are asked to provide their full mailing address. This may be used for territory assignment, travel radius, or eligibility, depending on your team’s requirements.
📄 Questionnaires
This includes the standard 7-question Globe Life screening set, used to determine candidate fit. Topics often include availability, licensing, background, and access to transportation. You can adjust questionaires to fit your screening requirement.
✅ Completed Form
Once the applicant submits the form, it is marked as completed. You can review their full responses by clicking View Paperwork in the Applicant Record.
